HUD Fair Housing Complaint

There are four ways to file a fair housing complaint with HUD:

  1) You can file a complaint right now, by using HUD's online form


  2) You can call toll-free 1-800-669-9777


  3) You can download and print out a form in a PDF format*, complete it, and mail it to the address below


  4) You can write HUD a letter with:
    Your name and address

    The name and address of the person your complaint is about

    The address your are renting or buying (or trying to rent/buy)

    The date when this incident occurred

    A short description of what happened

    Then mail it to
